Important Announcement for Prospective ACS 2026 Delegates

The Organising Committee of the 17th Asian Criminological Society Conference (ACS 2026) would like to thank all delegates who registered during the Early Bird registration period, which officially ended on 15 May 2026.

Please be informed that all new registrations received after 15 May 2026 will be subject to the full registration fees applicable to their respective registration categories. Early Bird rates are no longer applicable after the deadline.

The Organising Committee understands that some prospective delegates may still be finalising travel, funding, or institutional arrangements. As such, registrations will continue to be accepted subject to the following conditions:

All registrations must be completed by 1 July 2026.

All delegates registering after 15 May 2026 are required to pay the full registration fee according to their respective category.

Delegates are strongly encouraged to make full payment via bank transfer prior to the conference.

Delegates intending to make payment onsite during registration must submit: A copy of their paid air ticket itinerary before arrival; and the paid air ticket itinerary must be submitted no later than 1 July 2026.

Please note that approval for onsite payment will only be considered for delegates who are able to demonstrate confirmed travel arrangements.
